Redemption Instructions

• Supplier will email your pickup time from hotel or cruise ship terminal after the booking is made. Your pickup time will be set in accordance with your flight departure time. • Pickup from Hotel: Please be ready 10 minutes prior to your pre-scheduled pickup time and wait outside the hotel. If you can’t see the driver 10 minutes after your booking time please call, SMS or WhatsApp our emergency mobile number +61 434 844 020 • Pickup from Cruise Ship (Overseas Passenger Terminal): Your Driver will be waiting for you outside the Cruise Ship Terminal with the " Go Sydney Shuttle" sign. If you can’t see the driver 10 minutes after your booking time please call, SMS or WhatsApp our emergency mobile number +61 434 844 020 • If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your departure flight details (flight number and departure time) so that appropriate arrangements can be made. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. • Duration of the transfer is approximate and will depend on the time of the day and traffic conditions.

Pickup Information

Pickup is available from hotels in Sydney CBD and the surrounding areas of: Darling Harbour, Ultimo, The Rocks, Kings Cross, Potts Point, Darlinghurst and Surry Hills. Your confirmed pickup time will be emailed to you 1–2 days before your departure date and scheduled according to your flight’s departure time. Please ensure you have access to your email during this period. This service operates for all flights departing from Sydney Domestic and International Airport terminals.
