Redemption Instructions
Upon leaving Customs, please head directly to your NexusTours team located just outside the terminal building, you will easily identify us by our hat and orange shirt. Our team will be waiting to greet you and lead you to your allocated transportation. Please be alert to the many timeshare staff when leaving the luggage scan area who may impersonate transportation providers, your NexusTours team will be waiting just a short distance further outside the terminal building with your booked transportation. BEFORE ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: It is of the utmost importance that you provide your complete Hotel/Cruise details, as well as your Arrival Flight schedule, at the time of booking. Without this information, we will not be able to confirm your reservation. If this is the case, please contact us immediately to reconfirm your reservation. AFTER ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT: After clearing customs, please find our NexusTours representatives located at the transportation area and identified with orange uniform and/or NexusTours signage. You will then be accompanied to the assigned transfer vehicle BEFORE DEPARTURE FROM YOUR HOTEL: Please reconfirm the pickup location with your NexusTours representative and be ready there at least 20 minutes prior to your departure.
