Should it not be possible to establish contact for any reason, please be assured that your pick-up will proceed as scheduled. Please let us know your preferred pickup time by entering it in SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS BOX Southampton Hotel Pick-Up: The driver will meet you in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time. Southampton Cruise Terminal Pick-Up: The driver will be present at the cruise terminal at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. He will be waiting at the cruise arraivals hall, holding a personalised sign with your name to ensure the meeting point is easily identifiable.
