Redemption Instructions

* Contact your local moderator via email if you don't receive your pick-up instructions. For cruise ship arrangements, do so 72 hours before your tour date. For hotel arrangements, do so 24 hours in advance. * If you haven't received our email. Please check your spam folder as our email might have been filtered. * If booking through a travel agency, please ensure the agency relays the information accurately. * Transport included. This voucher will not be accepted if presented directly at the venue. * Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.

Pickup Information

* We pick up in selected hotels/resorts. Inform us of the name and address of your hotel, if it's not on the list. We will check if we can pick you up there or meet us at the meeting point. * Meet-up point is at Emancipation Garden if we can't pick you up from your hotel/accommodation * The meeting place for visitors coming in at Crown Bay Cruise Ship Terminal is at the Windmill located in front of your ship in the shopping mall. Walking distance from the ship is about 3 to 5 minutes. There is a free shuttle from your ship if you would rather not walk. * The meeting place for visitors coming in at West Indian Company Cruise Ship Terminal at Haven Site Shopping Mall will be at Gate # 4 next to the Virgin Bar & Restaurant.
