Redemption Instructions

Our driver will meet you with your name on a Board Sign outside the Cruise terminal at the specified pickup time. (Please do not wait for your driver at the vehicle pickup and drop-off area) This service does not include admission tickets to Stonehenge or Windsor Castle, to save time and money and to guarantee entry on the day please visit Windsor Castle and Stonehenge, official website to purchase the tickets in advance. If you require any assistance with booking your ticket please contact the local supplier. When purchasing your ticket for Stonehenge they will require that you select a time slot, Example: Pickup in Southampton at 8.00 AM, purchase tickets for 09.30 to 10:00 AM time slot. Pickup in Southampton at 8:30 AM, purchase tickets for 10.00 to 10:30 AM time slot. Pickup in Southampton at 9:00 AM, purchase tickets for 10.30 to 11:00 AM time slot. Pickup in Southampton at 9:30 AM, purchase tickets for 11.00 to 11:30 AM time slot. When purchasing your ticket for Windsor Castle they will require that you select a time slot, Example: Pickup in Southampton at 8.00 AM, purchase tickets for 10.00 to 10:30 AM time slot.
