Meeting and Pickup

Redemption Instructions

This voucher must be redeemed for a direct entry ticket to the activity. Our team will contact you to arrange delivery. You must contact Cancun Experience at least 24 hours before your product date to arrange transportation, if you book within 24 hours please contact immediately. Use the contact details on your confirmation/voucher. Upon pickup or arrival at the meeting point, please present your confirmation/voucher and photo ID in exchange for your product. If you do not require hotel pickup or selected the meeting point option, meet the tour at any of the designated meeting points. Please look out for the staff holding the orange Cancun Experience logo.
