Redemption Instructions

Please proceed directly to our office at the address provided on your voucher our team will be there to welcome you and provide you with your physical entry tickets. Arrive at the office at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time as you must enter the museum at the exact reservation slot assigned. Our staff will provide your tickets and give you the necessary instructions to reach the reserved entry of the museum to begin your visit. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated and may result in the loss of your entry without a refund due to strict museum reservation windows. All visitors must pass through a metal detector even with reserved entry there may be a brief wait for the security check. Keep a valid photo ID with you to verify age-based tickets if requested by museum staff.
