*Vatican Museums: Guided Tour* This is a guided tour, not a ticket. You must meet your guide to get your ticket and enter as a group. The Vatican won't allow late arrivals to join once inside.

Vatican Museums: Guest Confirmation & Entry This is your booking confirmation. It is NOT your official ticket. Your official PDF ticket will be emailed 1 hour before your entry time. We sometimes send tickets earlier. 1. Important: Ticket Not Received? If you don't receive your ticket 1 hour before, please check your spam folder and then contact us immediately. We cannot assist with requests after your entry time has passed. 2. General Entry Rules (All Tickets) What to Bring: Official ticket (mobile or printed) and a valid photo ID. Dress Code: Shoulders and knees must be covered. Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. No refunds for late arrivals. Security: "Skip-the-line" bypasses the ticket line only. Security check is mandatory. 3. Your Ticket Type **Skip-the-Line Ticket Only** Time: Arrive at the exact time on your ticket. Location: Go directly to the Vatican Museums entrance. No guide. **Skip-the-Line + Hop-On Hop-Off Bus** Museums: Follow the instructions above for "Skip-the-Line Ticket Only." Bus: Your HOHO bus ticket must be picked up from Galleria San Pietro (Largo del Colonnato, 5, Roma). **Guided Group Tour Only(All Languages)** Important: DO NOT go directly to the entrance. You will not be able to join the tour. Time: Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour. Location: Your guide will meet you at a designated spot at the square in via Vittor Pisani 6/8. The exact meeting point is on your confirmation.
