• Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time for check-in. Out of courtesy to other guests, we’re unable to wait for latecomers. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows. • All guests must provide the correct spelling of full name, surname and date of birth of everyone visiting the Last Supper at the time of the booking. Should you fail to provide these, your reservation will be canceled. Name changes are not allowed and must match ID's. • Guests may be asked to go through security on this tour. • We ask all guests (including children) to bring a valid ID on the day of their tour. • Please note that the Last Supper does not allow use of lockers. Only small handbags are permitted — backpacks are not allowed. • No food or drinks (including water bottles) are allowed and will be disposed of before entry. • The Last Supper is housed inside an active convent and The Duomo is located inside the Milan Cathedral, please note that all visitors entering must cover their knees and shoulders during their time inside. • Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.
