Redemption Instructions

Meeting point: PLAY GRANADA, Carrera del Darro 1, 18010 Granada, Spain. Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled starting time. IMPORTANT: Original ID document, driving licence, or passport is mandatory for all participants during the Alhambra visit. The Alhambra may deny access if the original identification document does not match the ticket holder’s name. Alhambra tickets are nominative and are confirmed in advance through the official Alhambra ticketing system. Once issued, they cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified. In the unlikely event that the minimum number of participants required for the group tour is not reached, Play Granada may need to make a reasonable operational adjustment in order to preserve your confirmed Alhambra access. This adjustment may include a change of tour time, joining another available group, or receiving the confirmed tickets with self-guided visit instructions. Your Alhambra access will remain valid according to the date and time confirmed on the official ticket. Facilities available at Play Granada: WiFi, lockers, vending machine, and receptionist assistance. Access note: Play Granada is located in a private-car restricted area. Only buses and taxis are allowed to drive through. The closest parking option is San Agustín Market Parking, approximately 7 minutes walking distance from the meeting point.
