• Your City Wonders guides will have City Wonders tour flag or sign at the meeting point for easy recognition. • Be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure • The Municipality of Venice has introduced an Access Fee that applies on specific dates. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend checking the official guidelines and completing the necessary registration through the provided link before your visit. (https://cda.ve.it/en/ Official Link for Registration) • Please note that the itinerary for our tours may differ from the advertised order of destinations. We assure you that any changes made to the tour itinerary are carefully planned and intended to enhance your overall experience. • We may experience delays in getting through mandatory security checks when entering these venues • Comfortable shoes are recommended • Entrance into religious sites requires a strict dress code. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements. • We recommend that customers who are not familiar with Venice give themselves ample time to find meeting points. • We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours. • Please note that suitcases, trolleys, and bulky luggage are not permitted inside the Doge’s Palace. Smaller large bags, backpacks, umbrellas, or items considered unsuitable by security must be left in the cloakroom.
