For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Please note - tours depart exactly on time. Check in 15 minutes prior at our office: Reynolds Cottage, 28 Harrington St, The Rocks (next to The Tap Rooms). Please check in in person with your guide before departure. Late arrivals will miss the tour.
Redemption Instructions
• Important: For any communication, please contact us directly by phone on 02 9247 6678. • Important: Please check in 15 minutes prior to your booked tour start time. • All children/ infants must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times • Tour operates in all weather conditions, please dress to the predicted weather conditions appropriate for an outdoor activity • Comfortable walking shoes, hat and a bottle of water suggested • Please advise ahead of time for our guides preparedness on the day if tour guest/s may be utilising a wheelchair and/ or pram • We kindly ask that tour participants please refrain from taking notes and extended recording (audio & visual) of the tour in any manner • Tours are subject to change without notice and without incurring liability. However reasonable effort will be made to maintain arrangements as advertised. • This ticket may not be transferred, used in conjunction with any other offer or for gift certificate purchase
