Redemption Instructions

IT IS MANDATORY THAT TRAVELERS PROVIDE PICK UP LOCATION BEFORE TRAVEL DATE. - If arriving by ship, simply indicate the name of your ship. - If staying on island, simply indicate the name of your hotel or vacation home. - If you are neither on a ship or staying on island, please contact us. Kindly present your ticket/voucher along with your ship's card or valid government issued ID to the Tour Representative. The tour representative will ask for the voucher to be signed when checking in. Please be cooperative with the Tour representative's instruction for check in. • Please follow the instructions below for pickup: Cruise Ship Passengers: If your ship docks at Havensight/WICO Dock: Meet the local representative at the Pre Arrange Tour Pick up location outside Gate 4, adjacent to the restroom. Look for the Pre-Arranged Tour Pick up sign posted on the fence. Do not move from the Pre Arrange tour sign. At the Pre-Arranged Tour sign, wait for the local representative. If your ship docks at Crown Bay Dock: Please go the windmill located within the shopping area right on the dock. Look for a sign that says "Sunny Liston Tours". Please present voucher and ID on the day of the tour. For Hotel guests: Please meet at your Hotel's Lobby. • The $7 per person entrance fee to Magen's Beach is not included in the tour price.

Pickup Information

Cruise ship guests: Please provide the name of your cruise ship when booking. Your pickup time is based on your ship's arrival. Standard pickup: 9:00 AM. 11:30 AM pickup: This later pickup is available only for cruise ships that arrive later in the morning. Hotel, guest house and Airbnb guests: The available pickup time is 9:00 AM. Cruise guests departing the island at 2:00 PM or earlier: This tour is not recommended because there may not be enough time to complete the experience comfortably and return to your ship. Meeting point For cruise guests arriving at Havensight WICO Dock, meet the Sunny Liston Tours representative at Gate #4, next to Virgin Haven Restaurant, under the yellow umbrellas. Please remain at the designated meeting area until the Sunny Liston Tours representative arrives. For guests arriving at Crown Bay, meet at the Windmill in the shopping area of the dock. Hotel guests should meet in their hotel lobby. Guests staying at vacation homes or Airbnb properties should contact Sunny Liston Tours for meeting instructions.
