Redemption Instructions
IT IS MANDATORY THAT TRAVELERS PROVIDE PICK UP LOCATION BEFORE TRAVEL DATE. - If arriving by ship, simply indicate the name of your ship. - If staying on island, simply indicate the name of your hotel or vacation home. - If you are neither on a ship or staying on island, please contact us. Kindly present your ticket/voucher along with your ship's card or valid government issued ID to the Tour Representative. The tour representative will ask for the voucher to be signed when checking in. Please be cooperative with the Tour representative's instruction for check in. • Please follow the instructions below for pickup: Cruise Ship Passengers: If your ship docks at Havensight/WICO Dock: Meet the local representative at the Pre Arrange Tour Pick up location outside Gate 4, adjacent to the restroom. Look for the Pre-Arranged Tour Pick up sign posted on the fence. Do not move from the Pre Arrange tour sign. At the Pre-Arranged Tour sign, wait for the local representative. If your ship docks at Crown Bay Dock: Please go the windmill located within the shopping area right on the dock. Look for a sign that says "Sunny Liston Tours". Please present voucher and ID on the day of the tour. For Hotel guests: Please meet at your Hotel's Lobby. • The $7 per person entrance fee to Magen's Beach is not included in the tour price.

PLEASE PROVIDE PICK UP LOCATION WHEN BOOKING - If arriving by ship, simply indicate the name of your ship. - If staying on island, simply indicate the name of your hotel or vacation home. - If you are neither on a ship or staying on island, please contact us. -If you are arriving by ship at a later time than our stated pickup times, no worries. We are aware of the ship's arrival time and make adjustments accordingly. Feel free to book, we will pick you up 30 minutes after the ship's arrival time. -Each Guest that has a voucher for the tour needs to have their ship ID card or license to check in with the representative and sign the voucher. It is imperative that you cooperate with the Sunny Liston Tours Representative - Our standard pickup time for this tour is 9:00 AM. - We also offer a 11:30 AM pickup, but this option is only for cruise ship guests whose ship arrives later in the morning. If your ship arrives earlier, please be sure to choose the 9:00 AM pickup instead. - If you’re staying on the island at a hotel, guest house, or Airbnb, the 9:00 AM pickup is the only available option for this tour. The 11:30 AM pickup is reserved just for late-arriving cruise ship passengers. - Please take a moment to review this before booking so we can make sure everything runs smoothly and you have the best experience possible. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you! -Shopping, Sightseeing, and Beach is not recommended for guests whose Ship Leave port at 2.00pm or earlier. - VERY IMPORTANT: Please note that guests staying on island should book the 9 am pick up time ONLY.
