Redemption Instructions

Cruise Terminal Pickup, The driver will meet you with your name on a Board Sign just by the exit of the cruise terminal at the specified pickup time. (Please do not wait for your driver at the vehicle pickup and drop-off area) If for any reason you need to contact the office or cannot locate your driver please call our UK number on 0208 9355116. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs) Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. Due to the duration of the journey time and vehicle availability on cruise days, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to change the pickup time.
