Please send us a text message at 787-202-6551 with your booking reference number and your email. We will send a Pure Adventure confirmation email with more detailed information. During business hours feel free to call us or text us with any questions to 787-202-6551. For assistance on the day of the tour, prior departure, you may call us at 939-267-9276. Thank you!! - For safety, pregnant women CAN NOT do this tour. - For any guest that arrives at a different location and is unable to do the tour no refund or rescheduling will be done. For any guests that are unable to get transportation and are unable to do the tour no refunds or rescheduling will be done. - Due to the limited space, and the time and effort our crew has put into each of our tours we will not make any exceptions regardless of the cancellation reason. WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: The tour is not canceled on rainy days, it is still safe. If the tour needs to be canceled for severe weather conditions the Company will contact the client and no charges will be made. Pure Adventure will decide if the tour is canceled due to weather conditions. Guests that decides not to complete the tour or are no-shows will NOT receive a refund. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT OF ADMISSION: The primary goal with our guests is to provide a fun and safe adventure. Guests are expected to follow instructions at all times and maintain respectful behavior towards other guests and the crew if guests do not comply with the safety rules and behavior Pure Adventure reserve the right to end the participation of the guest at any time.
