For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Pickup Information

If travelers are in Medellín, in neighborhoods like Laureles or El Poblado, we pick them up directly from their hotel, Airbnb, or any location they prefer, even if they've just finished another activity at a specific location. If the traveler is outside the coverage areas, the pickup service will have an additional cost of $20,000 COP. This applies, for example, to collections in municipalities such as Itagüí, Sabaneta or Bello.
