Meeting and Pickup
This is our default meeting location for any guests staying outside of our legal Downtown Seattle pick up area.
Redemption Instructions
No paper ticket required. We offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off from any downtown Seattle location (hotel, AirBnB, apartment, etc.). If you've provided phone number or email information in your booking, we'll call/text/email the afternoon of the day prior to your tour to confirm your pick-up location and exact pick-up time. No need to check-in before we contact you (unless you have a question, of course!).

If you are staying outside of downtown Seattle, the best spot to meet in Downtown is the default pickup location, the Sheraton Grand Seattle Hotel. If you will be driving and would like a convenient parking option, you can park at our office in Sodo (Seattle) near the stadiums instead. Please let our team know if you will be needing one of these options at least 48 hours before your tour.
