PLEASE MEET IN UNIT 9 IN ROADRUNNER PLAZA, ON THE GRAVEL PORTION AT THE BACK OF THE PARKING LOT, OUR OFFICE DOOR HAS A CLEAR, LARGE, COLORFUL LEGIBLE SIGN, AND WE HAVE TWO TO THREE TOUR VANS WITH OUR LOGOS CLEARLY DISPLAYED IN LARGE COLORFUL GRAPHICS. CHECK-IN IS 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULED START OF YOUR TOUR, the guide may not be there yet from previous tour. If you do arrive early, just wait until the check in time. IF YOU ARRIVE RIGHT AT THE MOMENT OF STARTING TIME, WE MAY BE DEPARTING. OUR START TIME IS THE TIME WE ARE LEAVING FOR TOUR. IF YOU DO NOT CHECK IN 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR START TIME YOU MAY HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOURSELF TO ANOTHER TOUR. We have restrooms a part of the Roadrunner plaza. Please park anywhere you like in our lot. If there are no remaining parking spaces, please park across the street at 20 Roadrunner Dr.
