Itinerary

1. Cusipata

We will pick you up at 8:20 AM from your hotel. Our transportation will take you south of Cusco to the town of Cusipata. The transfer takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. We will arrive at our destination, the Cusipata River Lodge. Upon arrival, you will find all the necessary facilities, including restrooms, changing rooms, a sauna, and lockers. You will also be provided with all the rafting equipment, such as a helmet, life jacket, wetsuit, and a waterproof jacket.

2. Cusipata

The guides will then provide you with all the necessary information, and we will proceed with the river trip in self-evacuating inflatable rafts for approximately 2 hours. The rapids in this section are Class III and III+. We also send a safety kayaker. After the rafting trip, you will return to Cusipata River Lodge where you can take a hot shower, followed by a delicious lunch in our dining room. The lunch consists of vegetable soup as a starter, followed by chicken with sauce and rice (vegetarian option available). Afterward, the guides will provide you with all the necessary information about the zip line, which consists of two 120-meter-long cables. Then you will pack up your belongings and return to the city of Cusco at approximately 5:00 p.m.
