For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Please arrive 45 minutes early for parking and check-in. If the main lot is full, use free overflow parking at Captain Anderson’s across the street. Check in at the Salty Fins Check-In hut (second hut on the right past the Bar & Grill). Call 850-928-0076 if needed.
Redemption Instructions
Once you arrive, head to the right side of the dock—there’s a waiting area with picnic tables where you can relax until your tour begins. Please note that guests from other tour companies may also be waiting in that area. You're also welcome to wait at Off The Hook Bar and Grill while you enjoy some food or drinks. Keep an eye out for our boats—they're clearly marked with SaltyFinsTours.com on the side. Once you see our boat pull up to the main dock (to the right if you're facing the water) and the previous group has exited, feel free to walk down and meet your captain. We’ll check you in right there! If it’s within 10 minutes of your scheduled tour time and you haven’t found us yet, don’t worry—someone from our team will give you a call or come find you in the waiting area
