Itinerary
1. The destination will be selected based on weather and traffic conditions: 1100 Highland, Saebyeol Oreum, or Eorimok. If all three are unavailable, Camellia Hill will be visited.
2. Jusangjeolli Cliff is Jeju’s masterpiece carved by fire and sea. Here, hexagonal basalt pillars rise like a cathedral of stone, each column a silent witness to volcanic forces thousands of years ago. Waves crash endlessly against the cliffs, sending sprays of white foam into the air, as if nature itself were performing a grand symphony. The sight feels otherworldly—shadows deepen in the rock’s dark hues, while sunlight dances on the ocean’s surface. At sunset, the golden glow transforms the columns into shimmering sculptures, painting the coast in hues of amber and crimson. Standing before Jusangjeolli, visitors feel both the raw power and delicate artistry of nature, an eternal harmony between land and sea.
3. A multi-tiered waterfall surrounded by dense forest and folklore, offering one of Jeju’s most beautiful short hikes.
4. Walk through endless green tea rows and enjoy tastings, desserts, and exhibitions at Korea’s premier tea museum.
5. Enjoy a relaxing walk along the scenic coastal trails of Songaksan Mountain, one of Jeju’s most beautiful volcanic landscapes. Take in panoramic ocean views, dramatic cliffs, and nearby islands while your guide introduces the unique geology and history of this remarkable area. This easy walk is perfect for first-time visitors who want to experience Jeju’s stunning natural scenery up close.
6. Visit Bomunsa Temple, set on the slopes of Sanbangsan Mountain, famous for its dramatic volcanic cliffs and unique rock formations. Take a short walk around the temple grounds while enjoying panoramic ocean views and the striking scenery of Sanbangsan. This scenic stop offers one of the most distinctive landscapes in Jeju and great photo opportunities.
7. This is not part of the guided tour, but upon request, guests may be dropped off here at the end. Dongmun Market is Jeju’s most vibrant marketplace, alive with the colors, scents, and flavors of the island. Founded decades ago, it has long been the heart of local life, where tradition meets the everyday rhythm of Jeju people. Stalls overflow with fresh seafood, from silver mackerel to abalone and sea urchin, alongside mountains of tangerines glowing like golden suns. The air is filled with the sizzling aroma of street food—crispy jeon, sweet hallabong juice, and skewers grilled to perfection. Visitors wander through narrow alleys, discovering handmade crafts, local snacks, and warm smiles from vendors eager to share Jeju’s culture. By night, the market transforms into a lively food haven, where the buzz of voices mixes with the steam of hot dishes. To walk through Dongmun Market is to taste, smell, and feel the very soul of Jeju.
