Pickup Information

We offer pick-up services in Koh Samui before your scheduled activity: • Lipanoi, Nathon: 15-30 minutes before • Lamai, Tongkrut, Taling Ngam, Bangpor: 30-45 minutes before • Chaweng, Maenam, Bophut: 45-60 minutes before • Choengmon: 60 minutes before Pick-up times may vary slightly due to weather or traffic. If your hotel is on a hill, you may need to meet at a nearby hotel or designated meeting point. We will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please check your email. Important: Be at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. If you are more than 10 minutes late or miss the pick-up, you may be considered a no-show (non-refundable).
