Get picked up from your hotel on Lipanoi, Maenam, Bophut, Chaweng, Choengmon, Lamai, Tongkrut, and Talingngam near the main road. If you are staying on the hill, you must visit a nearby hotel or meeting point. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet your tour guide at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel.

In order to use the zipline, the participants should be in good physical health and free of any limitations that could affect their safe use of the equipment.

The trip is not recommended for a person with more than 110 kgs. , pregnant women, a child under 6 year old and people with surgical history less than 6 months or with hypertension, asthma, infectious diseases, diabetes, epilepsy, and any mental health condition

Available for adults and children between 5 – 60 years old and the age of 6-12 years old under parents or adults’ close supervision.
