Redemption Instructions

Our guides will scan the tickets for your entrance. Just present your voucher copy on your mobile/app to the guide/driver on the tour date.

Pickup Information

Exact pickup time will be shared by the operator a day prior to your selected tour date. Please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the designated pick-up time. The driver will wait in the lobby for 5 minutes. Guests staying outside Dubai City limits will be advised of the nearest pickup location and time to join this tour
