Pickup Information

We offer pickup from Cancún to Tulum. Please note that for some hotels, we will provide the nearest meeting point. Hotels located past Playa del Carmen will not have a stop at Fifth Avenue, as we cannot return to the Tulum area or beyond Playa del Carmen for operational reasons.
