Redemption Instructions

Dear Customer, This Booking Confirmation Voucher is all you need. No further confirmation is required. The guide will take care of all admission formalities. Pick up time is also customizable according to your need. We aim to plan your day in the best way, optimizing your precious time! Kindly wait in the lobby of your hotel and inform the concierge you are waiting for the driver (or in the street in front of the civic number of your apartment). - Always remember to cover shoulders (a scarf is OK) and knees inside every church in Italy, in case you wish to enter one. **If you do not receive further messages, default pick up time is confirmed! WE PICK UP FROM ALL CENTRALLY LOCATED HOTELS, B&B, APARTMENTS, AND RAIL STATIONS! Your accommodation is not booked yet: no worries, you will book it later and amend the reservation. If your hotel/B&B/Apartment is **not in central Rome** ( a radius of about 7 km from the Pantheon ), let us know its location, and we will communicate the supplement for the extra distance. Kindly, on your booking, enter the information regarding your pick up/drop off location. When possible, add to your booking a mobile phone (if possible with WhatsApp connection) and use for your booking an email address you can check frequently. **If you do not receive further messages default pick up time is confirmed** It is a Private Tour and is customizable!
