Redemption Instructions

You will be greeted by two carpark staff (ladies) located in the car park. You cannot miss going past them as they are your first port of call before parking your car. They will ask who you are booked with and show them your confirmation.

Pickup Information

The only private car park. This is NOT PARKING ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD of HWY46. If travelling from Taupo Turangi make sure to take HWY 1 and turn onto HWY46 (National Park). It will take 20 minutes approximately to get to the car park. The actual sign is on the left side of the road and says 'TONGARIRO SHUTTLE CAR PARK'. If travelling from National Park Village take HWY 47, travel that road for approximately 25 to 30 minutes then turn right onto HWY 46 (Rangipo). It will take 10 minutes approximately to get to the car park from there. It's 400 meters from the Ketetahi track entrance (don't go down that road). Must be at the car park no later than 15 minutes prior to departure time. The staff will be at the car park to check you in. Show your confirmation.
