Pickup Information
We provide pick-up services from hostels and hotels in selected areas (Roma, Polanco, Condesa, Centro Histórico, and Juárez). If you're staying at an Airbnb or a private apartment in one of these neighborhoods, we may still be able to arrange a pick-up, subject to availability. To confirm, please include your address in the reservation so we can check if it's possible and coordinate the necessary arrangements. We will contact you one day before the tour with all the details. In the meantime, feel free to reach out to us on WhatsApp for more information or to confirm whether a pick-up at your address is possible. Please note that if you make a reservation after 9:00 PM on the day before the tour, it may or may not be possible for us to pick you up from your hotel. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend going outside the entrance of "Hotel Fiesta Americana Reforma, Av. Paseo de la Reforma 80" and waiting for us there at 9:00 AM on the day of the tour.
