*THIS IS NOT A TICKET TO THE ANNE FRANK HOUSE. This is a 2-hour walking tour that can be planned in addition or an alternative to a visit to the house. Tickets are sold exclusively on their own website and are restricted from being resold. On the Anne Frank Tour, we explore the story of Anne Frank within the wider context of Amsterdam during the early days of WWII. As we walk through the historic Jewish Quarter and surrounding neighborhoods, you'll gain insight into the challenges faced by the Jewish community at the time. The tour ends near the Anne Frank House, where we reflect on Anne’s life in hiding and the world that surrounded her.
Meeting and Pickup
Meet us 10 minutes before the tour starts, in front of the National Monument. You'll recognize us by the white umbrella with an orange logo. Please don't message or call us if you are late, there is no catching up with the group after the start time and the guides can't be reached during the tour.

1. Outside Visit As we stay outside the Anne Frank House, the building quietly tells a story of hiding. Anne's diary shares a common story of people fighting for respect during tough times. We keep going through Amsterdam, finding signs of bravery from wartime. The streets show the city's brave past. From the interesting things in the Resistance Museum to secret bunkers around, each place shows part of Amsterdam's wartime story.

4. We walk through the area where Anne Frank lived before and during the Second World War when she was in hiding. What did Anne Frank hear from her hiding place in the secret annex?
