Pickup Information We offer convenient pickup from all hotels located in Cancún, Playa del Carmen, and Riviera Maya — with coverage extending all the way to Tulum. Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure an on-time departure. Round-trip transportation is included. Staying at a vacation rental or Airbnb? No problem! If your accommodation is not accessible for direct hotel pickup, we will assign a designated meeting point nearby for your convenience. In Tulum, we use safe and easy-to-find public meeting points for pickup, including: • Super Aki Tulum • OXXO Veleta • El Camello Jr. • Mystic Market (Mercadito Mystic) • Chedraui Selecto Please provide a valid WhatsApp number or phone number when booking.
