The opportunity to know and see how the real Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced with the illustration of the manufacturing process directly in the mill. The opportunity to savor the EVO Oils following the instructions of our millers. In our tavern you can then enjoy bruschetta with our oils and the typical Valdoriciana with fresh tomatoes, the typical cold cuts of our area, the pecorino di Pienza, all accompanied by a good Rosso di Montepulciano or Colli Senesi. And finally the traditional cantucci 'with Vin Santo to complete a healthy and fun moment of Tuscan conviviality. The opportunity to know and buy EVO oil but also selected products typical of the area (wines, pecorino di Pienza, Tuscan cured meats, honey, etc.).
