High season (End Oct - Easter Weekend): If you’re staying in Auckland, please arrive at the Downtown Ferry Terminal (99 Quay St) by 9:15am so you have time to purchase your tickets and join the queue for the 10:00am ferry to Waiheke. You can buy tickets online or on the day: Island Direct – (guaranteed seat) 9.15am ex Auckland & 4.15pm ex Waiheke Fullers360 – (walk‑up, first‑come‑first‑served) When you arrive on Waiheke, look out for our representative holding a small surfboard‑shaped welcome sign with your name on it. If you are staying on Waiheke, please get in touch so we can organise a pickup from your accommodation (terms and conditions apply). If you are bringing luggage, please get in touch so we can organise room in our vehicles.
