Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Pick Up at 3.30 pm at the hotel in Florence if centrally located • We need to know the customers Hotel name to organize the pick-up and the drop-off • Clients should have copy of the voucher • The driver-guide leads the Customers providing general introductory information. He is not allowed to lead a guided visit inside a city centre, nor to provide historical and artistic information inside museums or churches • Please be aware that in case of no-show, the guide and/or the driver will wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes from the tour departure time. After that time, if nobody informed us about the delay, they are entitled to leave and no refund will be granted to any client who is not at the departure point at the established time.

Pickup Information

Pick up 3.30pm at the Hotel in Florence if centrally located. In case the Hotel is not located in Florence city center we will arrange the pick up in a location in Florence city center to be advised.
