2. How long are the tours?
Each tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, with an additional 15 minutes for boarding.
3. Are there restrooms on board?
Yes, restrooms are available on board.
4. Can I bring food on the tour?
Outside food is not permitted; however, light snacks are available for purchase.
5. Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.
6. Is the boat wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our ramp is wide enough to cater to most manual wheelchairs. However, if the wheelchair is wider than 22" the wheelchair will not fit through the lower deck threshold. If so, our wheelchair guest may be confined to the bow (front) area of the boat. We do consider this the best seat in the house. Another option is if the guest does have some walking ability he/she can collapse the wheelchair and the first seat on the inside lower level is just two steps from the threshold. When boarding, our wheelchair guests board last for prime seating on the bow. Our crew is not permitted to lift wheelchairs or any mobility equipment.
We are NOT accessible to Power Chairs. The chairs are too heavy and create an unsafe environment for the customers and the crew during boarding.
7. Where can we park?
Parking is available at the Marina Parking lot, accessed from the fourth exit of the roundabout at the end of the bridge to Clearwater Beach. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
