First used by aristocrats during the Heian period and later popular among merchants and townspeople in the Edo period, the yakatabune offers a unique way to experience Japan from the water. Inside, the boat features lantern-style lighting, traditional Japanese interiors, and seasonal cherry blossom decorations that create a warm and memorable atmosphere. Depending on the selected package, enjoy a live shamisen performance or tea ceremony, along with dining options such as Wagyu sukiyaki or Japanese sweets. During the cruise, you will also pass by Odaiba, where you may have the chance to enjoy the Tokyo Aqua Symphony fountain show (approx. 10 minutes, subject to conditions). Choose from multiple departure times and enjoy a relaxing blend of culture, cuisine, and Tokyo’s iconic waterfront scenery aboard this historic vessel.
