Redemption Instructions

Thank you for your preference! We will inform you of your exact pick-up time 24–48 hours before your travel date. Your final pick-up details will be sent via WhatsApp one day before the tour. Please make sure to be at your assigned hotel lobby or meeting point at the scheduled time. Our guide will call you by your name when they arrive. Pickup Information

The pick up is from the hotels in Cancun and Riviera Maya, after Playa del Carmen the service is 3x1 Tulum, Coba and Cenote without the visit to playa del carmen. We offer pick up from hotel at Cancun and Riviera Maya, the pick up time will be confirmed based on your hotel name, please inform us your hotel name after submit. Please wait in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. We pickup in the majority of hotels that have a designed tour pickup area. For residential area, boutique hotels,, airbnbs , downtown hotels or similar, we will assign a meeting point.
