MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: we need 2+ participants to confirm the group tour (otherwise, it might be canceled with a full refund 2 days before the tour) PICKUP : included; your accommodation or any place of choice between Cancun and Playa del Carmen. PICKUP MODE: shared (with other participants of a group tour), i.e. pickup and drop-off times might extend (as it might be necessary to go DEPARTURE TIME : due to the need to coordinate pickups for multiple pax, the exact departure time is confirmed 1-2 days before the tour TRANSPORTATION : English & Spanish (our guides are bilingual). GROUP SIZE: up to 12 travelers. Pickup included

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

You will get a confirmation email once you finish your booking. From this moment your tour is confirmed: just show up agreed time and location (we might contact you for extra info if needed). Please be able to present your booking confirmation or voucher (can be in the electronic version on your phone) to your tour guide upon his/her request.
