Redemption Instructions

The customer has to reach out to the supplier to confirm the exact pick up time, it depends on the location of the hotel. Please note that your package includes access to only one cenote. The specific cenote visited will depend on availability and logistics on the day of the tour. Based on these conditions, the experience will include a visit to either Cenote Nool Há or Cenote Chichikán, but not both. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to offering you the best possible experience. Dear Visitor: Please note that backpacks are not permitted inside the Chichen Itza archaeological site. This policy applies to all types of backpacks without exception and aims to improve safety, the visitor experience, and the preservation of the site.
