Redemption Instructions

Dear visitor, Please note that backpacks are not allowed inside the Chichén Itzá archaeological site. This measure applies to all types of backpacks without exception and is intended to enhance safety, improve the visitor experience, and support site conservation. We recommend bringing only essential personal items and using small bags or permitted alternatives. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Pickup Information

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Cancún Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue The pickup time is set according to your location, pickups start at 09:30 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.
