The customer has to reach out to the supplier to confirm the exact pick up time, it depends on the location of the hotel (phone number is listed on your voucher or ticket), for Tulum area we do not provide pickups at Hotels or Airbnb´s, only at Super Aki Tulum . Important: The visit to the cenotes is subject to availability. Depending on the conditions of the day, only one of the following cenotes may be visited: Nool Há or Chichikán. Please note that, according to what is included in your package, the visit includes access to only one cenote.
