Multiple Pickup Locations Available The hotels listed above are provided for reference only. Please find the pickup location details below. Travel Vibes offers pickup and drop-off services in the following areas: TOKYO (all 23 wards – no additional charges), CHIBA, Hakone, Saitama, Yamanashi, FujiYoshida, Kanagawa, and limited areas of Yokohama. Pickup and drop-off services within Tokyo’s 23 wards are free of charge. For locations outside Tokyo’s 23 wards, including CHIBA, Hakone, Saitama, Yamanashi, FujiYoshida, Kanagawa, Yokohama, and other surrounding areas, additional charges will apply based on the pickup/drop-off location and travel distance. Charges may range from ¥5,000 to ¥20,000 depending on the area. If you require pickup or drop-off outside Tokyo’s 23 wards, we kindly recommend contacting our customer support team in advance so we can confirm the applicable charges and make the best possible arrangements for your trip. Please note that pickup and drop-off locations can also be changed upon request. If you wish to change your drop-off location or bring additional luggage/items, extra charges may apply.
