Pickup Information

One day before your transfer, your driver or coordinator will contact you via WhatsApp or message to reconfirm the pickup time, specific meeting point at the port, and any special requests. Port Pickup: After landing and clearing customs, proceed to the arrivals hall where your driver will be waiting with a sign showing the lead traveler’s name. If your schedule allows, we can arrange a short Tokyo tour during your transfer to the airport, so you can explore a few highlights along the way (additional cost applies). You need to let us know in advance.
