Redemption Instructions

*Important* -Tour Preferences & Dietary Needs: Please let us know your itinerary preferences, lunch preferences, and any food allergies or restrictions in advance. -Hotel Pickup & Location: Hotel information must be provided at least 24 hours prior to departure. If not received by this deadline, the pickup location will default to our standard meeting point. Additional fees apply for pickups at airports, cruise ports, or outside central city areas. -Accessibility: Kindly inform us ahead of time if you will be using a wheelchair, stroller, or require special assistance. -Guide Expenses: Please cover the guide's local transportation fees and lunch during the tour. -Cancellations & Refunds: Standard cancellation fees apply for changes or cancellations made for personal reasons (including weather or flight issues). However, if the Japan Meteorological Agency issues an official weather warning for the tour area, the tour will be canceled with a full refund. ========================= On the day of your tour, our guide will be waiting at the meeting place with a board saying "Japan Wonder Travel".

Pickup Information

Please let us know your hotel in Tokyo in advance. A pick-up location is limited to hotels in central Tokyo (Within Tokyo's 23 wards). We cannot pick up at hotels in Chiba Prefecture (Maihama, etc.), Kanagawa Prefecture (Yokohama, etc.), airports or ports. If you stay at a hotel outside of Tokyo, please come to the designated meeting point. 【Note】If you are booking is made within 24 hours of the tour/activity departure time, we cannot guarantee hotel meetup. (In this case, we will change to Tsukiji Honganji Temple)
