Redemption Instructions
We will send you an e-ticket with a QR code via email one day before your travel date. (This ticket is only available for Non-Japanese Passport Holders). If you don't receive the e-ticket, please contact our customer service. You can directly enter the park by scanning the QR code on your mobile phone.
Pickup Information
The pick-up address needs to be a hotel in the Tokyo metropolitan area. If the pick-up address is beyond the Tokyo metropolitan area, an additional fee will be charged.
