Redemption Instructions
We will send you an e-ticket with a QR code one day before your travel date. (This ticket is only available for Non-Japanese Passport Holders). If you don't receive the e-ticket, please contact our customer service. You can directly enter the park by scanning the QR code on your mobile phone. In the event of earthquakes, power outages, natural disasters, infrastructure failures, or other circumstances beyond our control that may render the park unable to operate or shorten its operating hours, we may temporarily close the park according to our judgment, and no compensation will be provided. We appreciate your understanding. The driver has limited English proficiency, so it's recommended to use translation software for communication when necessary.
Pickup Information
Please be aware that this service only includes transfers within Tokyo 23 wards (Tokyo City). For destinations outside of these wards, please confirm the pick up location with our customer service team. Additional charges may apply. For one-way transfers, we only offer transportation from Tokyo 23 wards to Disneyland. For round-trip transfers, we pick up at Tokyo 23 wards. Kindly choose your preferred pick-up time, with a fixed return time at 8 PM. If you want to adjust the return time, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, we won't be able to rearrange your trip. Thank you for your understanding.
