For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

• If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly. • A current valid passport is required on the day of travel • Evidence of dive certification is required from all divers wishing to participate in a certified dive • Diving within 18 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving. • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • Pickup time will be between 6:00am to 7:00am depends on your hotel location. Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation.
