Meeting and Pickup
Turn right at Ramada Hotel, Urangan Hervey Bay onto Jetty St, follow to the end of that road and right into carpark. Walk to large green shed, there is a push gate for pedestrians, turn left and you will see building. We will meet you there.
Redemption Instructions
Check in to our office 20 minutes prior to departure. Should snorkelling be an option for you, we suggest you check in 30 minutes prior to departure to have your snorkelling equipment fitted. After check in, you will be personally escorted to the vessel. Snorkeling waiver must be signed here: https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/jjk7f4t3xw2xlmxxsufrcc/web/
