Fukui Prefecture belongs to the Hokuriku region of Japan. It is famous for its very delicious seafood, as well as its unique soba noodles and sauced pork cutlet served on top of a bowl of rice.

Yamagata Prefecture belongs to the Tohoku region of Japan. It is famous for its fresh vegetables and sake. There are also many sweets.

Kochi is a prefecture in the Shikoku region of Japan. Kochi is very famous for its bonito, which is roasted over a fire. It is also famous for Japanese sake and shochu. Kochi has a deep Japanese history, and a great Japanese man named Ryoma Sakamoto is very famous. There is a bronze statue of Ryoma Sakamoto at the entrance.
