Pickup Information

If your accommodation is in the metropolitan area of Santa Cruz and La Laguna, you will be picked up at your accommodation or at the nearest location. If you are coming by cruise, the meeting point is the Clock Tower of the Cabildo of Tenerife, which is clearly visible from the cruise dock. You just need to head to the city center. It’s a walk of about 5 to 15 minutes, depending on where the ship is docked. "Pickups for customers outside the metropolitan area."
